1. Description of Service
Infersync is an operational platform that coordinates humans and AI agents on engineering teams. It connects to GitHub and other tools to assign tasks, track cost and capacity, and orchestrate execution end-to-end.
Features may change, be added, or removed over time.
2. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring you have the right to connect GitHub accounts or data you provide
You must provide accurate and complete information when using the service.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting us
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
4. Free Trials
Infersync may offer free trials. Trial access is provided as-is and may be limited or terminated at any time.
At the end of a trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service
- Access data that does not belong to you
- Misuse integrations such as GitHub access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Data and Privacy
You retain ownership of your data.
By using Infersync, you grant us permission to process your data solely to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and Changes
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Infersync is provided "as is"
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the previous 12 months
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
